Lynx Cabin — Rental Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between Lynx Cabin (the Host) and the Guest identified below.
2. Property
The Host rents to the Guest the cabin known as Lynx Cabin, including its furnishings, equipment, and outdoor areas, for the period stated below.
3. Period and rent
The Guest will occupy the cabin from the arrival date to the departure date confirmed by the Host. The agreed rent must be paid before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Number of guests
Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be approved by the Host.
5. Care of the property
The Guest shall treat the cabin and its surroundings with care and follow any house rules provided. Smoking inside is not permitted. Pets only by prior arrangement.
6. Inventory and damages
An inventory list is provided. Damage, breakage, or missing items must be reported promptly and may be deducted from a damage deposit or invoiced afterwards.
7. Fire and safety
Open fire, fireplace, and sauna stove must be used according to instructions. The Guest is responsible for ensuring fires are fully extinguished.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are refunded in full minus a 10% administrative fee. Within 30 days, 50% of the rent is non-refundable. Within 7 days, the full rent is non-refundable.
9. Liability
The Host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal property, except where caused by gross negligence.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled at the Host's local court of competent jurisdiction.
